Today,Vickers&Sunny would like to share with you an active theme--Sport in winter.
In the modern society, the rhythm of life is rapid, resulting in the human body being in a state of overload for a long time. As an old saying goes: "Life is movement”. Proper sports help person promote they' health. Especially winter sports can exercise people's willpower.
In the winter, with the low temperature and relatively clean air, our respiratory tract will be comfortable. Then the systemic blood circulation will also be promoted. It is more natural to increase the amount of exercise, accelerating the consumption of heat. If the summer sport means perspiration dropping down like raindrops with, the advantage of winter sport is quietly get slimming effect. The best choose for winter sports are the aerobic exercise, a kind of exercise way which is amplitude smaller but heat consumption bigger. Because paroxysmal anaerobic exercise is likely to cause physical discomfort in the cold weather.
Specific items vary according to age. Our teenager can choose to high intensity aerobic exercise like running, which can consume more calories. And the exercise time should be 10 to 15 minutes more than the one in summer. As for exercise time, the young people due to body's ability to adapt to climate, better physical fitness and faster physical recovery, the time of winter fitness can be arranged in the morning and afternoon.
Ice and snow world is full of all kinds of sports. So let's gain health in the play and games.
Skating
Skating is the winter sports people using ice skates sliding on the ice. It's originated in Holland in tenth Century. The skating movement includes speed skating, short track speed skating, and figure skating.
Skiing
Skiing is another winter sports event held by an athlete with a ski pole in the snow. It date back to Nordic snowy area. Skiing sports include cross-country skiing, ski jumping, alpine skiing, Nordic combined skiing and freestyle skiing.
Sled
The sled, originating in the Swiss Alps, is a winter sport high-speed or rotating downhill by wooden or metallic double skateboard on the special snow and ice line.
Sleigh
Sleigh is a collective ride sled, using the rudder and steering wheel to control the movement of slide on the artificial ice track.
Ice hockey
Ice hockey, also as known as ice hockey, originated in Canada, later in Europe and North America to carry out.
Curling
Curling, using team as the unit, is a kind of throwing competitions on the ice and the winter
Winter outdoor swimming
Strictly speaking, winter outdoor swimming refers to swimming under natural temperature in winter outdoor waters (including rivers, lakes, sea and other natural waters and reservoir waters) .It regards 17 degrees as the starting point of the winter water temperature and takes 8 degrees as a mark of the highest cold winter.
Following is two tips l want to show you.
Be sure to do well in preparation for the event before winter exercise, including jogging, wiping face and nose, beating muscle, arm and squat activities, especially before the launching. With jogging, massage and other methods, the function of our whole body can be mobilized, and the excitement of the central nervous system and response ability can also be enhanced.
Winter outdoor exercise needs water as much as summer. You can drink ordinary water or sports drinks, but hot coffee or chocolate is not a good choice, which will result in dehydration. Of course, it should also be timely supplement of protein and carbohydrate, like eating pasta, oats, sweet potatoes, potatoes, chicken, egg, meat, fish, and bean products.
